'The Bilingual Edge' by Kendall King. I found this eBook an excellent discussion about why, when and how to teach your child a second language. The authors, who are both academicians and mothers of young children, guide the reader through a very complete and empirically-based discussion, but it feels like they are sitting in your living room and chatting over coffee. The tone of this book is very friendly and the authors really make the reader feel like he/she could pull off the feat of giving a young child the gift of bilingualism!
